3-5 Magazines ($8.88 UPS, USPS standard mail)
6-15 Magazines ($17.75 UPS, USPS standard mail)
16-30 Magazines ($29.95 UPS, USPS standard mail)
30+ Magazines ($29.95 + 0.85 cents charge per magazine added (UPS, USPS standard mail)
